Services of process is the procedure by which a party to a lawsuit gives an appropriate notice of initial legal action to another party (such as a defendant), court, or administrative body in an effort to exercise jurisdiction over that person so as to enable that person to respond to the proceeding before the court, body, or other tribunal.
Notice is furnished by delivering a set of court documents (called "process") to the person to be served.

Our Agency uses:
Licensed Process Servers and Levying Officers.
We are able to "serve" with discretion and on time. Service of Process is required when legal documents such as summonses, complaints, subpoenas, writs and other legal documents are delivered to the individual to whom the legal document is directed. Service of Process must be served by an individual who is not a party to the case.
Process Service can include but is not limited to:
