We can Help Collect Your Judgement

Once a judgement is awarded, the long and frustrating process of collection begins. Montana allows licensed Levy Officers to take action on open judgements. Before this can happen a "writ of execution" must be issued by the awarding court. From this point Moonlighting will take your judgement and try to turn it into money you can use. Writs must be renewed every 120 days. Our Levy Officers will take as many reasonable steps possible to help you collect your judgement.

Levying is a complicated and time consuming process that should only be entrusted to Officers you can trust.
